RETURN POLICY:

 

At Freckles Chic we want you to be pleased with your purchase. Within 14 days (of ship date), if you are not completely satisfied you may exchange, replace or return the item (s) for store credit. Your purchase must be accompanied by your original receipt and all clothing must be unwashed and unworn with tags attached, in original condition. NO returns on jewelry. NO returns on sale merchandise. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense. All merchandise is inspected prior to shipping. 

 

SHIPPING:

 

Packages will be shipped within 48 hours of receiving your order. Your order will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail, uninsured. We do not ship Saturdays, Sundays or legal holidays. While we will do all that we can to ensure your order is delivered on time, Freckles Chic cannot be held responsible for conditions beyond our control such as severe weather, service interruptions, etc. We will not be held responsible should USPS lose your delivery.

 

Freckles Chic ships to the United States and its territories and Canada. We are unable to deliver to APO/FPO addresses and P.O Boxes.

Canada, flat rate shipping $25

 

original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.
